Clubhouse Monitor

The Clubhouse Monitor ensures that the clubhouse is fit and safe for member use.

1. Regularly monitor the state of the Clubhouse and provide recommendations to the Management Committee as required
2. Liaise with external cleaning services regarding Clubhouse cleaning
3. Organise tennis balls for each competition season
4. Keep cork boards in Clubhouse tidy and up to date
5. Periodically (at least twice per month) check contents of First Aid Kit and replace items as necessary
6. Periodically (at least twice per month) check Heart Start Defibrillator is operational, including:
   • Green ready light is blinking
   • Outside of defibrillator is undamaged
   • Expired supplies are replaced
