Maximising the success of junior tennis competition across Victoria - Competitions Summit (Metropolitan)
An invitation to all metropolitan Clubs and metro based Coaches to attend this important event:
On behalf of the Tennis Victoria President, Gary Clark, and CEO, Matthew Kennedy, we would be delighted if you would accept our invitation to attend the above important Summit.
Participation in Hot Shots has skyrocketed, yet junior competition team and player numbers have not. With so many kids trying Hot Shots, the sport should be capitalising more on this opportunity.
Tennis Victoria's first ever Competitions Summit (having an initial focus on metropolitan tennis, with country tennis to have its own consultation and consideration processes thereafter) will seek to unpack the issues and, most importantly, involve you in collectively developing solutions.
This Competitions Summit is the first step on a journey critical to ensuring a bright future for junior competition.
We encourage all stakeholders to register and attend this important event. There are no limitations on the number of attendees for any club and it would be appreciated if you could please also pass this invitation on to your junior competition convenors.
